About The Role:
Sam Bray Window Cleaning is a family-run business looking for a reliable, hard-working Window Cleaning Operator to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Cleaning windows for domestic and commercial customers using traditional and water-fed pole methods
- Carrying out gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and softwashing jobs alongside window rounds
- Driving our company van between jobs (fuel card provided) and completing daily vehicle checks
- Working safely with ladders and access equipment, following our health & safety training
- Logging completed jobs and taking photo evidence for commercial contracts using our software and tools
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service and representing us well on every job
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards and optimal performance
What we offer:
- £14.00 per hour, minimum 40 hours per week, full-time and permanent

- Full training provided, with a dedicated mentor through your first 6–12 weeks
What we're looking for:
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across Cornwall and Devon — our rounds cover the whole of both counties
- Reliable, professional, and hardworking, with a genuinely customer-centric attitude
- Able to work independently once trained, and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable — happy to adjust to changing weather and schedules
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and at height
- Physically fit — this role involves ladder work, carrying equipment, and manual handling
- Right to work in the UK
- No previous window cleaning experience needed— we train everyone in our own methods from scratch
