What you'll be doing
As an Events Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the setup, coordination and delivery of promotional events
- Representing client brands with confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm
- Welcoming customers and creating engaging, memorable experiences
- Providing information about products, services and promotional campaigns
- Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful event delivery
- Continuously developing your communication, customer service and event coordination skills
What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you'll:

- Have previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role (beneficial but not essential)

- Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic
