We are seeking a Paraplanner / Financial Administrator to join our financial services team. Duties
- Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation to support client meetings and planning processes
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data, investment portfolios, and financial plans to identify opportunities and risks
- Assist with the development and implementation of tailored financial strategies for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clarity and timely delivery of information
- Support compliance procedures by ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory standards
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, financial plans, and correspondence for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services or a related administrative role with a focus on finance or planning
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with IT systems used in financial environments is advantageous e'g. Iress, SelectaPension
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and team members confidently
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and customer service best practices
- Prior experience in administrative roles involving report generation, analysis, or client management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize workload effectively

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
