Nestled in the picturesque East Leicestershire village of Bushby, Bobblewood Nursery is one of Leicestershire's most unique early years settings. Set within a stunning old farmhouse, Bobblewood combines a warm, homely environment with exceptional early years education, creating a true "home-from-home" experience for children and families.
With spacious gardens, a dedicated woodland learning area, and a charming log cabin classroom, children enjoy daily opportunities to explore, create, imagine, and develop a lifelong love of learning through nature. Our ethos is simple: children learn best when they are engaged, inspired, and having fun.
We are looking for passionate Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our wonderful team and help create magical childhood experiences every day.

Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Be a key person, supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through play
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and celebrate children's achievements
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- Enjoy outdoor learning and child-led play
- Are positive, caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused
- Have nursery experience (preferred but not essential)
