We are seeking a dynamic and energetic PUB / CAFE MANAGER to lead our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the pub or cafe, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise staff, including baristas, servers, cooks, and kitchen personnel, promoting teamwork and high performance
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas
- Lead menu planning, food production, and beverage service to enhance guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures to ensure consistent service excellence
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant or cafe experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations in hotel or bar environments
- Experience in managing hospitality teams, demonstrating leadership and motivational skills
- Knowledge of barista skills and beverage service is highly desirable
- Ability to oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
