Overview
We are seeking a enthusiastic and customer-focused Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your sales skills and product knowledge within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting bathroom products, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience. . The position is ideal for individuals who are organised, communicative, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Role is part time hrs with hourly rate and an uncapped commission bonus
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and assist them in navigating the showroom to find suitable bathroom solutions
- Provide detailed product information, including features and benefits of various fixtures and fittings
- Upsell complementary products and upgrades to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain an organised showroom display, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and up-to-date
- Engage with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales targets
- Key Holder Responsibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or showroom environments, preferably within home improvement
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and measurements accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry standards related to bathroom fixtures and fittings / tiles is beneficial but not essential

Pay: £10.95-£12.71 per hour
