We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
- Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Stay updated with current clinical practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with advanced practice qualifications recognised by relevant professional bodies
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Demonstrated competence in medication administration and management of complex cases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to patients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
- General Practice experience required
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
