Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will bring your expert styling skills, creative flair, and leadership qualities to deliver exceptional hair services and elevate the client experience. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior stylists, manage salon operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and inspired. Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services with precision and creativity.
- Provide specialized treatments such as balayage, highlights, Brazilian blow dry and cutting different hair cuts to enhance client looks.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing techniques and best practices to foster professional growth within the team.
- Upsell salon products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Strong store management skills with the ability to oversee daily salon operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and suppliers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others while fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques combined with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
