Support Worker / Complex Care Assistant
Location: Knott End-on-Sea
Pay: £14.00 per hour plus 5.6 weeks Annual Leave
Hours: Weekend in / Weekend off rota

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing care team supporting two adults with Cerebral Palsy in their own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide truly person-centred care in a calm, slow-paced environment where you have the time to build meaningful relationships and genuinely support the people you care for.
Both clients require 24-hour support and are cared for on a 2:1 basis, ensuring safe, high-quality care and strong teamwork throughout each shift.
This role would suit someone who is caring, patient, and looking for a long-term career within health and social care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Administering and recording medication in line with care plans and company policies
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working closely with another team member as part of a 2:1 care package
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Supporting clients to enjoy a safe and comfortable home environment
