We are recruiting for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, forward-thinking dental practice in Brighton.
This is a predominantly private role with a small NHS commitment of approximately 1000 UDAs across 2 days. The practice is ideally looking for a clinician with experience in Invisalign and/or Dental Implants, although this is not essential.
Role Details:
- Permanent position
- 2 days per week
- Flexible working days available Monday to Saturday
- Practice hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Predominantly private position
- Approximately 1000 UDAs across 2 days
- UDA rate: £13 – £15 per UDA depending on experience
- 45% private split
- Excellent private earning potential
- Established patient base with scope to grow
- Visa sponsorship available
- Unfortunately, PLVE mentorship is not available

Candidate Requirements:
- GDC registered Dentist
- Minimum 3 years’ UK clinical experience required
- Strong private dentistry experience preferred
- Invisalign and/or Implant experience would be highly desirable
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
- Able to build strong, lasting patient relationships
- Committed to delivering high standards of clinical care
