HGV Diagnostic Technician – Heathrow
Salary: Up to £42,000 basic + OTE (On Target Earnings) £60,000+
Contract: Permanent | Full-time (40 hours per week, split shift)
The Role
We're looking for a skilled and adaptable HGV Diagnostic Technician to join a busy Heathrow workshop.
You'll focus on diagnostics and fault-finding, carrying out repairs and supporting servicing and maintenance when required. Working with leading commercial vehicle brands, this role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault-finding
- Complete repairs identified during diagnostic work
- Support servicing, maintenance, and general repairs
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
- Contribute to workshop productivity and quality targets
What We're Looking For
- HGV Diagnostic Technician experience
- Manufacturer diagnostic accreditation (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Good understanding of Health & Safety standards
- Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
