Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic all-arounder to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages including cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and be able to give recommendations based on their preferences.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist with closing duties for the restaurant.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.

Pay for this position is dependent on experience. Tips for this position are generous due to our 10% restaurant charge applied to all bills.
