Responsibilities
- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences

- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise the flow of clients
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skill and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques suitable for all hair types
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
