Job Overview:
We're looking for freelance pizza chefs to support our Head and Sous Pizza chefs at a prestigious event in Leeds on the 26th and 27th June 2026. You’ll be cooking wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas across 2 days at an event that currently has over 7,000 attendees.
The Role:
You’ll be supporting our Head and Sous chefs and running the oven and leading service during cover for breaks. You'll be supported by a front of house team, delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced event environment.

Experience Required:
- Experienced pizza chef (wood-fired preferred)
- Confident handling Neapolitan dough and fast-paced service - Able to manage 3 to 4 pizza's simultaneously
- Reliable, calm under pressure
- Friendly and professional — this is a customer-facing role
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service through high-quality food production
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
