About the Role:
- Provide procurement and administrative support across the end-to-end process, including purchase orders, requisitions, approvals, and supplier onboarding *Maintain contract and supplier data, ensuring accurate records, document control, and timely management of contract renewals and updates
- Deliver reporting and data insights, producing regular spend, performance, and KPI reports, and supporting analysis to inform decision-making
- Coordinate supplier and stakeholder activities, including organising meetings, preparing materials, tracking actions, and supporting communication
- Act as a first point of contact for routine queries, managing supplier and stakeholder requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Support compliance and governance, maintaining logs, tracking adherence to policies, and assisting with audit and risk management activities
About You
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy Ensures high levels of precision when managing data, contracts, and processes, maintaining reliable and up to-date information across systems
- Data Analysis & Reporting Able to gather, interpret, and present data (e.g. spend, KPIs, supplier performance) to support informed decision-making
- Process & Systems Proficiency Confident in using procurement systems and tools, maintaining data integrity and supporting efficient, compliant workflows
- Communication & Coordination Communicates clearly and professionally, coordinating effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to support smooth delivery of activities
- Problem Solving & Proactivity Takes initiative to identify issues, follow up on actions, and resolve routine challenges, ensuring processes run efficiently
