Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Casual Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
