Registered Manager – Children's Home
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £55,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + Annual Bonus
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to lead something truly unique?
We're recruiting for a brand-new children's home that will work in partnership with an on-site SEND school, providing an integrated approach to care and education for children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and autism.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service from the very beginning, building a positive culture, developing a high-performing team, and making a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the opening and development of a brand-new children's home.
- Create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
- Build, lead and inspire a dedicated staff team.
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Oversee care planning, quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the adjoining SEND school to provide a consistent, child-centred approach.
- Manage budgets, performance and the ongoing development of the service.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from experienced leaders who have:
- Previous experience as an Ofsted or CQC Registered Manager.
- Experience supporting children or adults with learning disabilities.
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards it).
- Strong leadership, safeguarding and team development experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
