Job Summary
We are looking for reliable cleaners to join our small but growing cleaning company in Birmingham. The work can include domestic cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, Airbnb turnovers and general cleaning jobs.
This is a flexible role, so hours may change each week depending on bookings. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, good attention to detail and someone who can work professionally in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways and stairs
- Hoover, mop, dust, wipe surfaces and clean skirting boards
- Clean internal windows, doors, handles and high-touch areas
- Follow instructions and complete jobs to a high standard
- Be polite and professional with customers
- Arrive on time and communicate clearly if there are any delays
- Take before and after photos when required
- Report any issues or damage found during the clean
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year cleaning experience preferred
- Must speak and understand English
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, honest and hardworking
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Able to travel to jobs across Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Having your own car is a bonus but not required
- DBS check is a bonus but not required

This role is best suited for someone who understands that work may not be fixed every week, as we are a growing cleaning company and bookings can vary.
