We’re looking for a confident, friendly and hardworking Barista & Food Cabin Lead to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, busy food cabin environment where no two days are the same. The role can be demanding, with long hours and busy periods, so we need someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys working at speed and can keep a positive attitude even when things get hectic.
The role
As Food Cabin Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping to keep the cabin running smoothly, while also serving customers and preparing high-quality food and drinks. You’ll be a key member of the team and someone we can rely on during our busiest periods.
You’ll be involved in:
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Making great-quality coffees and other beverages
- Providing friendly, chatty and confident customer service
- Leading and supporting the team during busy periods
- Keeping the cabin clean, organised and well stocked
- Taking responsibility and using your initiative when problems arise
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
- Making sure customers have a positive experience

HOURS: 9:30-5pm
October: 3rd-31st (days off 8th, 15th, 16th, 22nd)
November:1st , 14th-30th (days off 16th,17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 27th)
December (HOURS 9:30-5 then when trees arrive 11am-7pm) : 1st-20th (days off 3rd, 7th, 10th, 15th,16th)
Hours can vary if it is quiet.
