We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a high-performing digital transformation team delivering user-centred services across the UK Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Government Digital Service (GDS) Standards, User-Centred Design (UCD), and leading user research throughout the Discovery and Delivery phases within agile environments.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a User Researcher within UK Public Sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) Standards and Assessments.
- Hands-on experience with User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies.
- Experience leading Discovery phases in agile teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, workshop, and presentation skills.
- Consultancy experience is highly desirable.
Pay: Up to £75,322.24 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds (West Yorkshire)
