Job Purpose
The Training Facilitator will assist to design, deliver, take part in quality assurance and commercial growth of education, health and social care training services across internal and external customers.
The role
Deliver & facilitate high quality training or staff teams within Children’s Social Care settings and within independent and mainstream education settings.
The postholder will ensure all training programmes are engaging, commercially successful and compliant with the standards required by accrediting bodies.
The postholder will be expected to use their own vehicle for travel to and from venues. Full compensation is in place for mileage and expenses. Travel is approximately 8-10 days per month, time off in lieu is provided in compensation of travel time where travel falls outside of normal working hours. There is no expectation of weekend/bank holiday working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
Design and deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual training programs across education, health and social care services.
Maintain all company accreditations.
Deliver mandatory, specialist and leadership training to:
- Residential children's homes
- Adult care services
- Supported accommodation
- Independent schools
- Foster care and supported living services
Facilitate engaging workshops, inductions and professional development sessions.
Adapt delivery styles to suit varying learner needs, abilities and professional backgrounds.
Maintain strong learner engagement and positive training outcomes.
Learning programme development
Assist the Learning & Development Manager as required to develop and review training materials, presentations, workbooks and e-learning content.
Ensuring that produced training content reflects:
- Current legislation
- Regulatory frameworks
- Best practice guidance
- Safeguarding standards
- Trauma-informed approaches
Support leadership development and management training initiatives.
Coaching & workforce support
Promote a culture of continuous professional development across customer organisations.
Compliance & record keeping
Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers and competency assessments.
Ensure certification and learning documentation are compliant and auditable.
Support internal audit
2. Quality Assurance, Governance & Customer Relations
Assist to ensure the quality assurance framework for all training programs is compliant and maintained
Assist in regular audits of:
- Training delivery
- Learner outcomes
- Trainer competency
- Assessment quality
- Customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with:
- Regulatory requirements
- Ofsted standards
- CQC expectations
- Skills for Care guidance
- Awarding body requirements (where applicable)
Assist in reviewing and improving policies, procedures and quality standards relating to learning and development.
Customer relationship management
Build and maintain positive relationships with:
- Local authorities
- Care providers
- Education providers
- Commissioning teams
- External stakeholders
Act as an ambassador for Kudos Training Solutions for training customers and partner organisations.
Respond professionally to customer concerns, feedback and development requests.
Revenue growth & commercial development
Support business growth through development of training packages and customer accounts.
Identify opportunities for:
- New training services
- Upselling programmes
- Workforce development contracts
- Framework opportunities
Contribute to proposals, tenders and service presentations.
Support achievement of training revenue targets and occupancy / utilisation objectives.
General Responsibilities

Complete all mandatory safeguarding training.
Essential Qualifications Requirements
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) or equivalent training qualification.
- Relevant health and social care qualification (Level 3 or above) or relevant sector experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable Qualities / Qualifications
Lived experience of the Children’s Social Care sector or independent schools sector
- Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification.
- Coaching or mentoring qualification.
- Safeguarding trainer qualification.
- Mental Health First Aid Instructor qualification.
- Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1).
Essential Experience
Experience delivering training or working within:
- Residential children's services or Adult social care or Education or supported living
- Delivering both in-person and virtual learning.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
