We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our busy office team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy talking to people, and have a drive to achieve results, we’d love to hear from you.
We specialise in the design, supply and installation of swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and wellness products for both residential and commercial customers. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for someone to help customers find the perfect solution for their home or business.
The Role
As an Office-Based Sales Executive, you’ll:
· Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
· Provide expert advice on our range of swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas and wellness products.
· Prepare quotations and follow up leads.
· Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
· Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
· Showroom and Telephone sales
· Maintain the showroom
What We’re Looking For
· Previous sales experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· A friendly, confident and professional manner.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
· IT literate
· A willingness to learn about our products and the wellness industry.
