We're looking for an experienced, hands-on hospitality professional who can lead from the front, stay calm under pressure and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and luxury accommodation.
The ideal candidate will:
- Remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
- Be hands-on with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and accommodation.
- Motivate, support and develop the team.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong financial understanding of hospitality KPIs and industry standard targets.
- 2–3 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Knowledge of quality food and service standards.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine service is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent people management skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Experience creating social media content would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assuming the role of Assistant Manager in their absence.
- Sales projections and forecasting staff rotas.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Training, leading and developing staff.
- Organising operations for the day and week ahead.
- Managing daily and weekly staff allocations.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and accommodation.
About the role:
- Full flexibility is essential, including daytime, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
