New Business Executive
Oxford – North Oxford
Wiseman Finance is expanding and looking for ambitious New Business Executives to join our growing commercial finance brokerage.
This is a sales-focused role where you’ll speak with UK business owners, understand their funding requirements, and help arrange finance solutions including asset finance, business loans, invoice finance and working capital facilities.
Salary & Earnings
- Basic salary: £27,000 Uncapped commission On-target earnings: £45,000–£100,000+ Clear progression opportunities
The Role
- Contact and engage with UK business owners
- Qualify new business opportunities l
- Understand customers’ funding requirements
- Introduce suitable finance solutions
- Manage opportunities from enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain your own pipeline
- Work closely with lenders, underwriters and support teams
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
- Achieve realistic monthly activity and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience preferred but not essential L
