We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors specializing in English, Mathematics, and Science to inspire and guide students preparing for the 11+ examinations. We are open 3 days a week:
- Saturday 9am-6:15pm,
- Tuesday 5:00-9:00pm
- Sunday 2:30pm-16:30pm.
(Shifts are usually booked in 4 hour blocks.)

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for English, Mathematics, and Science subjects.
- Deliver dynamic tutoring sessions that incorporate innovative learning technology and interactive teaching methods.
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction to meet individual learning styles and needs.
- Teaching students as per lesson plans.
- Assessing students’ progress and providing feedback.
- Managing attendance and lesson records.
- Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the tuition centre.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting, including classroom experience or tutoring roles.
- Strong background in teaching core academic subjects such as Math (including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), and English.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment techniques tailored to the 11+ examination requirements.
- Experience integrating learning technology tools into lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with diverse learner needs is highly desirable.
