Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a full time (40 hours per week) Home Manager for our established Residential Children’s home in Rochdale. The home is registered for two children and currently holds a good rating in all areas from Ofsted.
You will be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the Children’s Home, and to oversee the implementation of standards as required by OFSTED
You will lead and direct your team to provide person centred support to children with complex needs in order to promote independence and personal fulfilment
It is a requirement of the post that you are part of the first level 24hr on-call rota for residential services.
