Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of building and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in construction and related trades to contribute to diverse projects, from residential refurbishments to commercial developments.
Responsibilities
- Perform roofing repairs and installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct construction painting to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with regulations.
- Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work.
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry and groundworks
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers.
- Competence in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
