We are looking for a maintenance person to join our Birch Park Care Home.
The responsibilities as a maintenance person are to carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the houses are maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. For example undertaking basic electrical works ie light fittings, electrical sockets etc and basic plumbing eg taps, leaks etc, decoration eg. painting and fitting blinds or curtain rails.
Experience in maintenance such as plumbing, electrics, painting and decorating required.
All equipment and other resources are supplied by the company.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
