Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping using accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central/MIE PRO.
- Support financial planning and budgeting activities by providing detailed reports and forecasts.
- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems, including integration of various accounting platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to optimize financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Support Payroll process.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central/MIE PRO.
- Strong background in financial services or related industries with comprehensive knowledge of financial management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to mentor team members while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey complex financial information to stakeholders.
