We are currently seeking a full-time Deep Cleaning Operative to work in and around the Harlow/Essex area. Please note that you will be expected to drive to various locations and sites each day, that need to be cleaned.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we are often able to offer Saturday overtime to staff who are interested in topping up their income.
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks in communal areas to the highest standards:
- Cyclical carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Hard floor stripping and sealing with use of various machinery such as scrubber-dryers and buffing machines
- Deep cleaning of walls and bin stores
- Implement programmed maintenance cleaning
Previous experience is required, along with a positive, friendly attitude and great customer service skills.
A comprehensively equipped company van, full uniform and equipment will be provided along with full & detailed training.
You must be physically fit, hold a full and clean manual driving licence with no previous motoring convictions or disqualifications, be over 21 years of age (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes), and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
