Job Summary
We are seeking someone experienced in all aspects of surfacing and landscaping.Tarmac, Resin bound, Block paving.
The ideal candidate would also have groundwork knowledge and be experienced in the Operation of excavators, rollers and dumpers.
Bricklaying experience desirable.
Street works & CSCS advantageous.
UK Driving license and own transport required, with the possibility of a company van for the right candidate.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence by executing daily tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in the ordering process to ensure stock availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members, sharing knowledge of best practices and company policies.
