Personal & Social Media Assistant (Part-Time) Location: The Unwinding Sanctuary, Glazebury, Warrington Hours: 4–6 flexible hours per week initially, with the potential for additional hours as the business continues to grow. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organised and creative Personal & Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys being creative, loves social media, has a good eye for detail and is happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks. Your Responsibilities - Filming behind-the-scenes content - Editing videos using CapCut (essential) - Creating and scheduling content across Facebook, TikTok and Instagram - Taking beautiful photos and videos for social media - Replying to customer enquiries and messages - General administration - Ordering stock and supplies - Helping keep the sanctuary organised and running smoothly - Making occasional phone calls and running small errands when needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is... - Confident using CapCut (essential) - Creative with a good eye for aesthetic content - Comfortable using Facebook, TikTok and Instagram - Organised, reliable and trustworthy - Friendly, approachable and professional - Able to work independently and use their own initiative - Passionate about supporting a growing small business Previous experience is welcome but not essential. For us, attitude, enthusiasm and finding the right person are far more important than having years of experience.
