About the Role
Here at Liberty Roofing, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice with an interest in the world of construction to join our rapidly growing roofing organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn, develop and gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas within a successful and expanding business.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while gaining valuable practical experience across different departments within the organisation. Rather than being limited to one area of the business, you will have the opportunity to understand how the different functions work together and play a part in supporting our continued growth, upon finishing your apprenticeship there will be opportunities for you to progress into a new role in your preferred business area.
What Will You Get Involved In?
During your apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a range of business functions, including:
- Health & Safety – supporting with administration, documentation, compliance and processes.
- Commercial – gaining an understanding of commercial activities, contracts, costs and business processes.
- Operations – supporting the operational side of the business and developing an understanding of how roofing projects are managed and delivered.
- General Administration – assisting with day-to-day administration, maintaining records, preparing documents and supporting different teams.
- Business Support – working with colleagues across the organisation and gaining an understanding of how a growing business operates.
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship and given the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence in a professional working environment.

- Comfortable using IT and willing to learn new systems.
- Proactive and willing to get involved across different areas of the business.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience is not essential – this role is about finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
