We're Hiring: Craft Beer Assistants
Full-time & part-time Evenings and weekends required
We're looking for new Craft Beer Assistants to join our team at the Mad Squirrel St Albans Taproom on Heritage Close, High Street — right in the shadow of St Albans Abbey. We have full-time and part-time roles available, and applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends.
We're after people with a positive attitude and a flair for going above and beyond to make every customer's visit a great one. An interest in craft beer is a real advantage — but not essential, as full training is provided, including on our cellar and cask craft.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Greeting and serving customers
- Pouring drinks and processing orders on the till
- Assisting customers with off-sales
- Restocking shelves and fridges
- Cellar work — cask and keg tapping and line cleaning (full training provided)
- Stocktaking
- Posting to our social media accounts
- General cleaning tasks
- Food preparation
