BullionVault is the $9billion world leader in physical bullion (gold, silver, platinum & palladium) ownership for private investors online. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, based in Hammersmith, West London, and to support our clients across the world in (1) Italian, (2) Spanish & (3) English.
What we propose:
Working as Operations Executive you will be providing excellent customer care in English, Italian and Spanish. You should be native in either Italian or Spanish and fluent in the other two languages.
Your core duties will include:
- Answering inbound client support calls, emails and live chat.
- Handling general account enquiries from existing clients.
- Providing answers and sales information to prospective clients.
- Helping new clients to open and validate their account and to buy gold, silver, platinum or palladium with us.
- Accurately verifying the identity of new clients and their account details and entering their details in the system.
- Performing administrative, data entry and compliance-related tasks.
- Content translation from English into Italian/Spanish (website translations, articles, emails, ads…).
- Working with other teams in BullionVault to deliver great customer service.
- Assisting the payments team with general day-to-day admin to include processing of clients’ withdrawal requests, deposits and trade settlements.
- Assisting the compliance team with general day-to-day admin to include requesting relevant documents from clients and preparing and submitting the files to the Compliance Officer.
- Working two evening shifts per week.
- Providing back-up support in any other languages you know.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

You should have:
- Language skills. They are essential. Please only apply if you can speak and write English & Italian & Spanish. You must be a native speaker of either Italian or Spanish.
- Great and clear telephone manner. Very articulate.
- A good degree-level qualification (excellent A-levels or equivalent would be considered).
- Excellent writing skills. Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- A confident, positive, professional attitude with high attention to details, as well as an ability to work within a team and a drive to provide the best service to our users.
- Computer literacy and basic Internet skills.
- Work experience, preferably with customer service elements. No knowledge of the financial sector is expected but would be appreciated.
- Availability to work 2 days per week (Mon-Fri) a later shift, from 12 pm to 8:30 pm, to give support to our US-based customers.
This is not a call centre position. The successful candidate is expected to take ownership of cases and issues and use resources available to her/him to help resolve issues timely while delivering the fantastic customer services we are known for.
This is mainly an office-based position though working from home one day per week may be possible after completing your probation period.
