Overview
Working with a growing SME in North Bristol you will play a key role in the Operations Support team. Airmec Essential Services is one of the UK’s longest established specialist air hygiene and water treatment solution providers. Operating on a national basis, we work with a range of clients within High Security establishments, Healthcare, Local Government, Education and much more.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Reports Co-ordinator to support our team during a fixed-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and compiling reports efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational and administrative skills within a professional environment. The position ideal for individuals seeking temporary employment with a focus on data management and reporting.
Duties
- Collate, verify, and compile data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and delivered within specified deadlines.
- Assist in the development of report templates and improve reporting processes where possible.
- Liaise with relevant departments to gather necessary information and clarify report requirements.
- Maintain organised records of all reports generated during the assignment period.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to reporting projects as required.
- Contribute to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality throughout all processes.
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to analyse data accurately and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Prior experience in report writing or data management is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills for liaising with team members across departments.

This is a fully office-based role - 38.25 hours per week.
£12.77-£13.00 per hour.
