Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal areas regularly
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes to support operational needs
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to company policies on cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and waste disposal
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and chemical use
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
