We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive company where your hard work is recognised and there are great employee benefits to enjoy.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:00pm
- 30-minute paid break
- Two 15-minute unpaid breaks
- No weekend work!
What will you be doing?
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products. Your duties will include:
- Assembling and testing products and components
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Following production processes accurately
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
What we're looking for
We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic people with a positive attitude. You don't need previous assembly experience – full training will be provided!
You'll ideally have:
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- A willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A hands-on approach and pride in doing a good job
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing or warehouse work would be beneficial, but is not essential.
