We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused 3.5T Driver to join our growing team. This is much more than a driving role you'll be delivering, installing, high-value equipment at customer sites.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely driving and operating a 3.5T vehicle.
- Delivering and installing high-value equipment across the UK.
- Using tail lifts, pallet trucks, trolleys, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Loading, unloading, unpacking, positioning, and removing packaging from installations.
- Carrying equipment safely, including upstairs where required (risk assessments and method statements provided).
- Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy.
- Securing loads correctly throughout transport.
- Following all company driving, safety, and security procedures.
- Providing outstanding customer service on every delivery.
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or customer queries promptly.
- Working closely with your installation partner to complete projects efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting large items.
- Able to work effectively as part of a two-person team.
- Successful DBS and employment reference checks.
Desirable
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Furniture assembly or installation
- Office or kitchen fit-outs
- Flat-pack installations
- Electrical or engineering backgrounds
- Building or construction
- Scaffolding
- Plug-and-play equipment installations
- White glove delivery services
- Manual handling experience
