Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
Manage kitchen operations and maintain organisation
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Monitor stock levels and minimise waste
Work closely with care home teams to provide an excellent dining experience for residents
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Chef/Cook
✔ Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS Certificate (required)
✔ Care home or healthcare catering experience preferred.
