Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (no weekends)

About the Role
As a Client Communication Centre Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers, patients and our nursing team to ensure clear communication and efficient scheduling.
You will support the onboarding of GP practices, coordinate clinic activity, engage with patients to encourage appointment attendance, and provide reliable administrative support that helps our services run seamlessly.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work remotely while remaining within commuting distance of our Swaffham Head Office.
What You’ll Do
- Contact patients via telephone to encourage attendance at clinics and remote reviews, using pre-approved scripts
- Maintain accurate data and records, including handling patient identifiable information in line with data protection standards
- Update practice clinical systems via remote access
- Support the delivery of NSHI nurse-led clinics by increasing patient attendance rates
- Capture and report on key metrics, including call volumes and success rates
- Manage a shared team inbox and respond/action emails appropriately
- Work independently on projects as required by the business
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with SOPs, policies, and procedures
- Adhere at all times to the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams to support onboarding and clinic scheduling
- Coordinate nurse availability and manage clinic timetables
- Process and maintain accurate logs of equipment and materials requests
- Process and maintain accurate data for Adverse Event Reporting within required timeframes
- Produce weekly reports for internal managers and clients
- Manage and submit team expenses in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with all mandatory training within required timeframes
- Complete any additional training identified as part of your development
- Represent NSHI professionally and serve as a credible ambassador for the organisation
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards at all times
Essential Requirements
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team
Desirable Requirements
- Competent use of a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
- Knowledge of Clinical Systems (e.g. SystmOne & Emis)
- Previous work in scheduling, administration, or customer service roles
- Experience in healthcare or other remote working environments
