Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Cleaner to join our clients team in Coventry, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across construction project management purpose-built offices. The hourly rate will be £12.71 and you will be working 10 hours a week. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. Previous experience cleaning offices is preferred with good customer service attitude and willingness to work.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces, washing utensils.
- Cleaning toilets, kitchen areas and canteens
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure their needs are met efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while representing the company
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to minimise risks during cleaning activities
