We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Floor Manager to join our team.
The Role
- Build positive relationships with guests, resolve complaints professionally, and work with management to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring the team consistently delivers efficient, friendly, and polite service.
- Interact with guests regularly to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor service quality and product consistency, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Food Beverage offerings and ensure the team is knowledgeable about menus, products, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure all Food Beverage offerings consistently meet the required quality and presentation standards.
The Person
We are looking for a confident and experienced Floor Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high operational standards. You will be a strong and supportive leader, able to motivate the team, manage busy service periods, and ensure the smooth running of the floor. You will be organised, proactive, and commercially focused, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, team performance, and achieving departmental targets.
