Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- £40,000–£42,000 starting salary
- 5% approval bonus
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
- £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months, subject to performance

What You'll Be Doing
You'll carry out functional health assessments on behalf of the
Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) via telephone, video and face-to-face appointments.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assessing how health conditions affect an individual's daily life
- Reviewing medical evidence and supporting information
- Applying your clinical judgement and reasoning
- Producing clear, accurate and evidence-based reports
You'll complete a fully paid
12-week training programme, covering assessment techniques, DWP guidance and professional report writing.
Who We're Looking For We're looking for registered healthcare professionals with at least
12 months' post-registration adult experience, including:
- Registered General Nurses (RGN)
- Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
- Registered Learning Disability Nurses – Adult (RNLD)
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
What You'll Need
- Active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- At least 12 months' post-registration adult experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Good IT and communication skills
- Ability to attend the Weymouth site when required
- Right to work in the UK — sponsorship is not available
