A new opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager/Project Manager to join a contracting company that specialise in external refurbishment contracts for local authority.
The role will be on a permanent basis, covering local authority works in and around the Cheltenham area and be a site based role.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Role will involve organising and supervising labour whilst providing a hands on approach.
- Take ownership of all Health, Safety and Environment duties applicable to the project.
- Ensure all employees direct or sub-contract on site fully comply with the Company Health and safety procedures implemented on site.
- Undertake risk assessments for all site activities.
- Monitor quality of work, cleanliness and be involved with handovers to client.
- Working closely with the client team to ensure the programme of works is followed.
Site Supervisor, Requirements:
- Experienced within the Construction Industry is essential
- SSSTS/SMSTS Qualified
- CSCS card
