Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available
La Maison de Floof is a new luxury dog grooming salon, boutique and daycare in the heart of Epping. We are creating a beautiful, calm and enjoyable environment for both dogs and the people who work with us.
We are looking for experienced dog groomers to join our team and grow alongside the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about dogs and wants to be part of a supportive, ambitious and friendly team.
The role-
You will generally complete around four full grooms per day. We have deliberately limited the number of appointments so that our groomers do not feel rushed and every dog receives the time, patience and attention they deserve.
There will also be opportunities to groom additional dogs and earn commission, where suitable and agreed with you. We want to work together to understand how you work best, rather than forcing everyone into the same routine.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years of professional dog grooming experience
- Is confident grooming dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments
- Has a good basic knowledge of breed-standard trims
- Can complete full grooms independently and to a high standard
- Is patient, kind and confident when handling dogs
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Is reliable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing their skills
- Wants to grow with a new and exciting business
