Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative (Sports Marking)
Location: Nottingham
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:00pm
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative with sports marking experience to join a well-established team in Nottingham.
This is a hands-on outdoor role maintaining sports pitches, schools and public spaces. You'll be responsible for sports pitch marking as well as general grounds maintenance.
Duties
- Mark out football, rugby, cricket and other sports pitches
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Hedge cutting, strimming and pruning
- Weed control (PA1 & PA6)
- General grounds maintenance and site upkeep
- Travel between sites when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous sports marking experience
- Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- PA1 & PA6 certificates
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable and happy working outdoors
