We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team.
In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service
- Support hiring, training, and scheduling staff to maintain optimal staffing levels during all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and managing the Rota.
Skills
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Basic wine and drinks knowledge is preferred
- A genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
