We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice at 202 Dental following one of our long-term team member's retirement. The position is part time covering Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday on a permanent contract.
202 Dental is a completely Private Independent Practice, computerised using EXACT Software of Excellence and digital x-rays. We have 3 active surgeries shared between the dentists and hygienist.
Practice hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Any additional qualifications in related duties will be considered in applications, notably experience in decontamination.

Responsibilities:
· Aid in the care of patients
· Providing support to the dental team
· Providing a warm welcome to patients being their first point of contact.
· Appointment book management
· Familiar with relevant healthcare legislation and best practice guidance
· Accurately complete medical records as directed by the clinician/patient
· Patient correspondence including text, email and letters.
· General practice adiminsitration
Candidates ideally:
· Have a knowledge of the Dental Profession though training will be provided
· Have prior experience of a reception role
Candidates will:
· Be subject to a DBS check on successful application
