About the Role:
As Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an office-based role and your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily activities, including communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating funeral arrangements, such as booking collections and cremations.
- Reconciling payments and generating reports for monthly board packs.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a operations role.
- A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Towcester.
